ADHD - Reconnecting Your Mind, Body, and Purpose

Ditch the ADHD Burnout and Reclaim Your Spark

Ever feel exhausted from trying to cram your brilliant, fast-moving brain into a neat little neurotypical box? You want your vibrant energy back, but executive dysfunction, 50 open tabs in your mind, and heavy overwhelm make it tough to even know where to start.

When planners, rigid self-help books, and white-knuckling it alone leave you feeling stuck, true healing takes a different approach. We need something that actually honors your unique, creative wiring.

Your ADHD Journey is One of a Kind

Because there is no cookie-cutter solution to ADHD burnout, rigid productivity hacks are not the answer. Together, we’ll co-create a personalized therapeutic space tailored strictly to your specific lifestyle, values, and natural rhythm.

With over 20 years of healthcare experience, I bring clinical wisdom, warm authenticity, and plenty of room for real talk and humor into our sessions.

Beyond Talk Therapy: Experiential & Somatic Healing

ADHD causes physical restlessness and emotional overwhelm to settle deep into the body, fracturing your focus. Talking about it is only the first step.

Using experiential therapy, somatic psychology, and a mind-body approach, we’ll engage your mind and body in real-time, active exploration to help you:

  • Decode Neurodivergent Signals: Understand your body's physical restlessness or under-stimulation.

  • Unlock your innate creativity using dynamic techniques and mindfulness that match your brain’s love for novelty.

  • Release stored tension and the deep exhaustion that comes from masking and over-compensating..

  • Regulate Overwhelm: Move from "couch paralysis" into lasting calm, focus, and clarity.

A Seasoned, Collaborative Approach

Navigating ADHD requires a space that honors your unique mix of energy, focus, and creativity. Together, we will build a supportive, personalized approach to help you find balance, feel more grounded, and truly thrive in your daily life.

About Natasha

Hello, I’m Natasha Trees: Therapist, advocate, and openly late-diagnosed ADHDer. I was born in the Pacific Northwest and am proud to call this place home. However, having also spent formative years in the Midwest, and Overseas, I’ve become aware of the unique challenges that can come with adjusting to different cultures, environments, and traditions.

Life has offered me a multitude of experiences, both personally and professionally, guiding me to align with my own purpose - as well as a desire to support others in finding meaning in theirs.

As a healthcare professional of over twenty years, I bring warmth, wisdom, humor, compassion, and authenticity to each session.

I am a curious science geek with an active spiritual practice, and a background in the creative arts - and I am often striving to find ways to bridge those worlds together. I am an outdoor enthusiast who feels deeply inspired and connected to the ecosystem and beauty this area has to offer.

Humor is vital to my life. Because of this, I often seek experiences in which laughter nourishes. I can be found pursuing many endeavors including: outdoor activities, dance, movie watching, sharing meals with good friends, travel, and exploring new psychological ideas with my spouse who works with me and is also a therapist.
