Reconnecting Your Mind, Body, and Purpose

Move Beyond Burnout and Reclaim Your Vitality

Are you exhausted by the relentless demands of life? You want to reclaim your well-being but overwhelm makes it hard to know where to begin.

When self-help books and solo efforts aren't enough, true healing requires an approach that honors the whole person.

Your Growth is Entirely Unique

Your history, nervous system, and struggles are yours alone. Because there is no one-size-fits-all solution to burnout, rigid templates are not the answer. Together we will co-create a personalized therapeutic experience tailored strictly to your lifestyle, values and pace.

As a healthcare professional of over twenty years, I bring warmth, wisdom, humor, and authenticity to each session.

Beyond Talk Therapy: Experiential & Somatic Healing

When stress takes over, physical and emotional fatigue settle deep into the body, blocking mental clarity. Talking about the problem is only the first step.

Using experiential therapy, somatic psychology, and a Hakomi-informed approach, I weave mindfulness and gentle curiosity into our work. We engage your mind and body in real-time, active exploration to help you:

  • Decode physical signals to understand what your stress is telling you.

  • Process emotions actively through creative techniques and guided imagery.

  • Release stored tension built up from prolonged survival mode.

  • Regulate your nervous system to restore lasting calm and safety.

A Seasoned, Collaborative Approach

Navigating complex challenges requires an experienced professional who understands the deep intersection of physical and mental health. Together, we will work toward:

  • Holistic Alignment: Connect your mental clarity, emotional health, and core purpose.

  • Tailored Strategies: Combine evidence-based psychology with your immediate personal goals.

  • Actionable Roadmaps: Integrate gentle physical awareness into a practical daily plan

About Natasha

Hello, I’m Natasha Trees, Therapist. I was born in the Pacific Northwest and am proud to call this place home. However, having also spent formative years in the Midwest, and Overseas, I’ve become aware of the unique challenges that can come with adjusting to different cultures, environments, and traditions.

Life has offered me a multitude of experiences, both personally and professionally, guiding me to align with my own purpose - as well as a desire to support others in finding meaning in theirs.

As a healthcare professional of over twenty years, I bring warmth, wisdom, humor, compassion, and authenticity to each session.

I am a curious science geek with an active spiritual practice, and a background in the creative arts - and I am often striving to find ways to bridge those worlds together. I am an outdoor enthusiast who feels deeply inspired and connected to the ecosystem and beauty this area has to offer.

Humor is vital to my life. Because of this, I often seek experiences in which laughter nourishes. I can be found pursuing many endeavors including: outdoor activities, dance, movie watching, sharing meals with good friends, travel, and exploring new psychological ideas with my spouse who works with me and is also a therapist.
