ADHD - Reconnecting Your Mind, Body, and Purpose

Ditch the ADHD Burnout and Reclaim Your Spark

Ever feel exhausted from trying to cram your vibrant, fast-moving brain into a rigid, neurotypical box? The desire to move forward is there, but executive dysfunction, fifty open tabs running in the mind, and heavy overwhelm make it tough to even know where to start.

When planners, strict self-help books, and white-knuckling it alone leave you feeling stuck, true healing takes a different path. Real transformation happens through a specialized approach—one that respects, honors, and actively works with your unique, creative wiring.

I am here to help you navigate this journey with ease and understanding.

Your ADHD Journey is One of a Kind

Because there is no cookie-cutter solution to ADHD burnout, rigid productivity hacks are not the answer. Together, we’ll co-create a personalized therapeutic space tailored strictly to your specific lifestyle, values, and natural rhythm.

With over 20 years of healthcare experience, I bring clinical wisdom, warm authenticity, and plenty of room for real talk and humor into our sessions.

Beyond Talk Therapy: Experiential & Somatic Healing

ADHD causes physical restlessness and emotional overwhelm to settle deep into the body, fracturing your focus. Talking about it is only the first step.

Using experiential therapy, somatic psychology, and a mind-body approach, we’ll engage your mind and body in real-time, active exploration to help you:

  • Decode Neurodivergent Signals: Understand your body's physical restlessness and relationship to stimulation.

  • Unlock your innate creativity using dynamic techniques and mindfulness that match your brain’s love for novelty.

  • Release stored tension and the deep exhaustion that comes from masking and over-compensating..

  • Regulate Overwhelm: Move from "couch paralysis" into lasting calm, focus, and clarity.

A Seasoned, Collaborative Approach

Navigating ADHD requires a space that honors your unique mix of energy, focus, and creativity. Together, we will build a supportive, personalized approach to help you find balance, feel more grounded, and truly thrive in your daily life.

About Natasha

Hello, I’m Natasha Trees, Neuro-affirming Therapist. I was born in the Pacific Northwest and am proud to call this beautiful place home. Having also spent formative years in the Midwest and overseas, I deeply understand the challenges of adjusting to new environments, cultures, and invisible expectations.

Life has offered me a multitude of experiences, including my own late-in-life ADHD diagnosis. This personal revelation shifted my worldview and ignited a passion for helping other neurodivergent individuals navigate their own journeys. My personal and professional paths have guided me to align with my purpose: supporting others as they find meaning, clarity, and self-acceptance in theirs.

As a healthcare professional of over twenty years, I bring warmth, wisdom, humor, compassion, and authenticity to each session.

I am a curious science geek with an active spiritual practice and a background in the creative arts. I love finding innovative ways to bridge these worlds together. My neurodivergent brain thrives on this intersection of logic, creativity, and deep connection.

I am an outdoor enthusiast who feels deeply inspired by the Pacific Northwest ecosystem. Humor is also vital to my life and my practice; I actively seek out spaces where laughter nourishes the soul.

When I am not in the therapy room, you can find me fueling my dopamine and curiosity through a variety of endeavors: dancing, watching movies, traveling, sharing meals with good friends, and exploring new psychological concepts with my spouse, who is also a therapist.
