Reconnecting Your Mind, Body, and Purpose: Beyond Burnout for Healthcare Professionals

Move Beyond Burnout and Reclaim Your Vitality

You dedicate your life to healing others, but the relentless demands of the healthcare system have left your own tank empty. When standard self-care advice feels insulting and solo efforts fall short, true recovery requires an approach that deeply understands the unique weight of medical and caregiving professions.

Your Burnout is Unique—Your Recovery Should Be Too

Your history, nervous system, and struggles are uniquely yours. Because there is no one-size-fits-all solution to burnout, rigid templates are not the answer. Together, we will co-create a personalized therapeutic experience tailored strictly to your demanding schedule, values, and pace.

As a healthcare professional of over twenty years, I bring warmth, wisdom, humor, and authenticity to each session.

Beyond Talk Therapy: Experiential & Somatic Healing

In Healthcare, when stress takes over, physical and emotional fatigue settle deep into the body, blocking mental clarity. Talking about the problem is only the first step.

Using experiential therapy, somatic psychology, and a Hakomi-informed approach, I weave mindfulness and gentle curiosity into our work. We engage your mind and body in real-time, active exploration to help you:

  • Decode physical signals to understand what your stress is telling you.

  • Process emotions actively through creative, evidence-based techniques.

  • Release stored tension built up from prolonged workplace survival mode.

  • Regulate your nervous system to restore lasting calm and safety outside the clinic.

A Seasoned, Collaborative Approach

Navigating institutional healthcare challenges requires an experienced professional who understands the deep intersection of physical and mental health from the inside out. Together, we will work toward:

  • Holistic Alignment: Reconnect your mental clarity, emotional well-being, and original core purpose..

  • Tailored Strategies: Combine evidence-based psychology with your immediate personal goals.

  • Actionable Roadmaps:  Integrate practical physical awareness into a realistic daily routine.

About Natasha

Hello, I’m Natasha Trees, Therapist. I was born in the Pacific Northwest and am proud to call this place home. However, having also spent formative years in the Midwest, and Overseas, I’ve become aware of the unique challenges that can come with adjusting to different cultures, environments, and traditions.

Life has offered me a multitude of experiences, both personally and professionally, guiding me to align with my own purpose - as well as a desire to support others in finding meaning in theirs. Being a healthcare professional for over twenty years, I intimately understand the unique weight, exhaustion, and dedication that comes with our field.

As a healthcare professional of over twenty years, I bring warmth, wisdom, humor, compassion, and authenticity to each session.

I am a curious science geek with an active spiritual practice, and a background in the creative arts - and I am often striving to find ways to bridge those worlds together. I am an outdoor enthusiast who feels deeply inspired and connected to the ecosystem and beauty this area has to offer.

Humor is vital to my life. Because of this, I often seek experiences in which laughter nourishes. I can be found pursuing many endeavors including: outdoor activities, dance, movie watching, sharing meals with good friends, travel, and exploring new psychological ideas with my spouse who works with me and is also a therapist.
