Natasha Trees, MA, LPC

Reconnect your mind, body, and purpose to thrive as a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD

Activate Your Unique Wiring and Clarify Your Path

You are a high-functioning woman who has spent a lifetime achieving, yet you know the immense internal effort it takes to keep everything afloat.

I help high-functioning women diagnosed with ADHD later in life navigate this journey with ease, clarity, and deep understanding.

Your late ADHD diagnosis brought massive relief, but you are still discovering why traditional tools have always failed you.

You have a deep desire to move forward with clear intention and impact. Yet, executive dysfunction, fifty open tabs in your mind, and heavy overwhelm still cloud your true direction.

You deserve a space tailored to your unique brain.

When standard planners and years of "white-knuckling" leave you stuck, real transformation takes a different path. You need a specialized approach—one that respects, honors, and actively works with your unique, creative wiring.

Your ADHD Journey is One of a Kind

Because there is no cookie-cutter blueprint for neurodivergent success, rigid productivity hacks are not the answer. Together, we’ll co-create a personalized therapeutic space tailored strictly to your specific lifestyle, values, and natural rhythm.

With over 20 years of healthcare experience, I bring clinical wisdom, warm authenticity, and plenty of room for real talk and humor into our sessions.

ADHD impacts how you process the world, often causing decades of mental clutter to fracture your focus. Talking about it is only the first step to unlocking your vision.

Beyond Talk Therapy: Experiential & Somatic Healing

Using experiential therapy, somatic psychology, and a mind-body approach, we’ll engage your mind and body in real-time, active exploration to help you:

  • Decode Neurodivergent Signals: Understand your body's physical responses and relationship to stimulation.

  • Channel Innate Creativity: Use dynamic techniques and mindfulness that match your brain’s love for novelty.

  • Low-Demand Organization: Build custom organizing systems for your physical space and daily routines that actually fit your brain.

  • Release stored tension and the deep exhaustion that comes from masking and over-compensating..

Meet Natasha

Hello, I’m Natasha Trees, a neuro-affirming therapist here to help you stop white-knuckling and start thriving.

Born in the Pacific Northwest, I am proud to call this beautiful ecosystem my home. Having also spent formative years in the Midwest and overseas, I deeply understand the silent strain of trying to decode invisible expectations and adapting to environments that were not built for you.

As a healthcare professional of over twenty years, I bring warmth, wisdom, humor, compassion, and authenticity to each session.

Life has offered me a multitude of experiences, including my own late-in-life ADHD diagnosis. This personal revelation shifted my entire worldview. It cracked open a deep passion for helping high-functioning women navigate their own diagnosis, unravel years of masking, and reclaim their authentic identity.

My path has guided me to align with my true purpose: supporting you as you find meaning, clarity, and self-acceptance in yours.

I provide a safe, down-to-earth space where you can finally drop the high-achieving mask, exhale,

I am a curious science geek with an active spiritual practice and a background in the creative arts. My own neurodivergent brain thrives on this exact intersection of logic, creativity, and deep connection—and I love using it to build innovative, low-demand approaches that make sense to your unique brain.

When I am not in the therapy room, you can find me fueling my dopamine and curiosity through a variety of endeavors: dancing, watching movies, traveling, sharing meals with good friends, and exploring new psychological concepts with my spouse, who is also a therapist.
